After 25 years of pouring my heart into a career I loved, I made a bold move to stay home full-time with my kids, who were 10 and 13. This wasn't just about spending more time with them, it was about transforming our lives for the better. I dove headfirst into a world where being more present, eating right, using cleaner products, and living more sustainably were at the forefront, despite the tight grip of a family budget.

It's been a journey of discovery and, sometimes, a bit of struggle. I didn't grow up questioning what was in my food or the products around my home. It's just not what you did in the '80s and '90s. Like many, I felt outside of the "healthy living" circle, thinking it was a luxury reserved for those with thicker wallets. But that didn't stop me! Bit by bit, I swapped out the harmful for the healthier, starting with what I could afford, cleaning supplies. It was a small change, but it sparked something big. I realized that this healthier life wasn't just possible, it was my right.

My story is actually not at all that unique... There are many, especially moms, feeling stuck in the whirlwind of daily life, torn between what we can afford versus what is healthier for us and societal pressures. I'm a normal mom, showing that it's okay to start small. You don't have to overhaul your life overnight to make a huge difference. My approach is patient, persistent, and packed with love! Proving that a healthier, happier life is within grasp!
